This property is different from my other rentals in the fact it is haunted. Possibly by demonic entities. Previous tenants were practitioners of witchcraft, the dark arts, tarot, astrology, numerology, satanism & regularly had seances. There was also a suicide in the unit. So whoever moves in will have to be comfortable with dark magick & hauntings. There's no doubt it is haunted. A couple of the spirits are believed to be friendly but the others(there are several) are not. My partner and I have several units available at this location but we believe all of the units are infected with the haunting. However, we aren't 100% sure of this. We are just putting this out so anyone who chooses to rent isn't surprised. We require a written lease agreement to be in place. Preferably 6 month minimum.
