 My name is JC. I live in a 1989 Ford CamperVan, before that I was in a 2005 Chevy CamperVan and before that Toyota Sienna Minivan. I wasn't too fond of the Class B RV style and I had a lot of issues so when I found this older mint condition van I jumped at the opportunity to buy it. I don't live in a van because I have no money and am a homeless vagrant. I live in it because it makes sense for me. I had a very high mortgage on my house and I was quite simply tired of paying for it and never going anywhere. I like to camp, hike and go places and this was my opportunity. I bought a van, sold my house and hit the road. So far, I've driven part of route 66, driven across the country more than once, spent weeks traveling through Tennessee(where one of my brothers lives), Kentucky(where my sister lives), Texas(where I have cousins), California and Arizona because I wanted to, throughout New England but I hate the cold. I prefer the south and have traveled a number of places throughout the southern United States.

I own a a number of houses that I rent out for extra monthly income in addition to the income I get from my website. And of course 2120 Arlington Pl Hendersonville NC 28791 which is both residential and commercial and has all of the items we carry.

I take a percentage of the sales made at the flea markets. As a side hobby I restore old, classic cars and I have a shop for that. While on the road I'll work part time jobs for extra money not that I really need it but it provides something to do. In addition, I blog about myself, my girlfriend Kaly, her family, friends, neighbors, her past boyfriends, the paranormal group I'm a part of, Kaly's business Sultana Princess Dazzle which is partly my business too and anyone else I want to.
